When you create an account we collect your name, email address, date of birth, and your ATA number if you choose to add one.
When scores are entered we store the rounds, targets and results tied to a shooter, along with the club, event and squad they were shot at. Clubs keep a roster of shooters, which can include people who do not have an account.
If you follow another shooter, or someone follows you, we store that link and its status.
We use this information to run the service: signing you in, showing scores and statistics, managing club rosters and events, and sending account emails such as confirmations and password resets. We do not sell your personal information.
Scores are visible to people signed in to the service, according to the sharing rules in the app. Club staff can see and correct rounds shot at their club. A follower you approve can see your scores until you remove them.
You must be at least 13 to create your own account. A parent or guardian creates and manages the account of a child under 13.
We collect a date of birth so we can apply these rules. Accounts under 18 are managed: follow requests for them are approved by a parent or guardian, or by the club until one is linked. A full parental consent process is still being worked out and this draft does not describe a final one.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your data is stored and processed by providers that run the service: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (account emails). They handle data on our behalf.
We keep your information while your account is active. To ask for your data to be corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below. Scores that were entered into a club's official records may need to be kept by the club; we will explain what can and cannot be removed when you ask.
We may update this policy. When we make a meaningful change we will update the date on this page.
