TrueGauge is a service for recording and reviewing trapshooting scores. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
You must be at least 13 to create your own account. A parent or guardian may create and manage an account for a younger child.
Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Scores are entered by shooters, scorekeepers and club staff. TrueGauge does not verify them against any governing body, and the service is not itself an official record. Clubs decide what counts as official at their events and may correct rounds shot there.
Do not enter false scores on purpose, access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, or use it to harass others. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service, including showing scores to the people the app's sharing rules allow.
Paid plans are not available yet. Pricing, billing and refund terms will be added here before any payment is taken.
The service is provided as is, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-data damages arising from its use.
You can stop using the service at any time. To have your account deleted, see the Privacy Policy. We may end the service or change these terms; we will update the date on this page when we do.
TrueGauge is operated by Ethan Lecher. [Contact email to be added.] [Mailing address to be added.]
